At Este’ Botanical Hair & Scalp Oil, we are committed to providing high-quality hair growth oils and excellent customer service. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for used or opened products.
Exceptions:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will replace the item or provide a full refund for that order.
2. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Order Issues
If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive, please contact us. We may require proof of shipping or tracking confirmation from the carrier to process a replacement.

- Products purchased as gifts are non-refundable.
